About Complete Communications

Complete Communications built a reputation for quality work on customer cable plants, splicing copper and fiber connections, and handling emergency repairs.  Later, we added placing fiber in customer conduit (fiber jetting) to respond to the growth of fiber construction in rural areas.  We became a subsidiary of STE Communications in 2021, giving our team access to new technology and updated equipment. This investment in people, and technology fueled our growth, helping us to place and splice over thousands of feet and hundreds of route-miles of fiber for our customers in the last year.
